Returns & refunds Policy

At Selawatters, we aim to provide quality gear and accessories for every traveler and adventurer. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy before placing an order, as we operate under a Cash on Delivery (COD) model.

1. Cash on Delivery Orders

All orders placed on Selawatters are Cash on Delivery only. Payment is made at the time of delivery. Because no advance payment is taken, our return and refund process is limited and handled with care to ensure fairness and product integrity.

2. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • You received a wrong item not matching your order
  • The item has manufacturing defects that make it unusable

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact
  • Proof of issue (photos or videos) must be sent to [email protected]

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products returned after use
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items returned without valid reason or evidence

4. Refund Process

Since we use Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

  • In rare cases where a refund is granted, it will be made through a secure method agreed upon with you via email
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 business days after item inspection

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name and order details
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem
  • Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

6. Shipping Responsibility

If a return is approved:

  • Selawatters may arrange return pickup, or
  • You may be asked to ship the product back yourself

In both cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by our error.
